Ingredients:
  • 250 g of biscuits/crackers
  •  50 g of butter
  • 50 g of brown sugar
  • 15 ml of rum or brandy
  • 2 g of salt
  • 550 g cream cheese
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 g of vanilla extract
How to prepare:
1) Grind biscuits by hand or in a blender. Mix in brown sugar and rum.
2) Mix powdered sugar and vanilla with cream cheese, mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3) Melt the butter, mix it with the biscuit mass and distribute it in glasses, compact it.
4) Distribute the cream in the glasses either with a spoon or a spatula.
5) Finish with desired toppings – jam, jam, caramel, live seasonal fruits, etc.
