Pumpkin Soup 🎃

You will need:
  • 🎃1 medium pumpkin;
  • 🧅1 medium-sized onion;
  • 🧄1 clove of garlic;
  • 🥕2-3 carrots;
  • 🌶1-1 red and yellow Bulgarian;
  • 🌀 hand blender.
Boil the pumpkin and fry the chopped onion and garlic at the same time, when it turns brown, add the chopped carrot and bell pepper.
When the pumpkin is cooked, drain the water and save a little in case you need to thin the consistency. Blend the pumpkin, add the chopped vegetables and blend again until smooth.
Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. I added some foreign spices and oregano.
When serving, you can sprinkle chia and flax seeds.
Pumpkin cream soup is ready.
