Cottage cheese pancakes with strawberry jam, ingredients:
• Cottage cheese 600 g (4-5%)
• 2 egg yolks
• sugar 50g
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Flour 60 gr
• Frozen berries
• Corn starch 15 gr
Drain the cottage cheese well. Add 2 egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Mix and add flour. Fry the cottage cheese pancakes on a preheated pan over low heat until they are browned on both sides.
Stir strawberries, sugar, starch and water continuously over low heat and bring to a boil.
