Oat Milk

Oat milk is the most delicious milk. It tastes like a dessert even without any additives. However, it should be taken into account that it cannot be stored for a long time even in the refrigerator, because it cannot maintain its milky texture. The most optimal way is to make small portions, since, unlike nut milk, oats do not need to be fermented, you can safely prepare them once every two or three days.
You will need:
  • 1 tsp gluten-free oats
  • 3 cups of bottled water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or your favorite sweetener
  • A pinch of salt
We blend all this in a powerful blender for 30 seconds.
Then we put it in a bowl, but first we pass it through a strainer to have a double protection against oat residue getting into the milk.
Leftover oats make a delicious and healthy addition to baking or smoothies, so save them, even freeze them.
